Clients, Colleagues and Friends,
We continue to keep a close eye on the outbreak of Covid-19 (Novel Coronavirus), and are currently developing plans for how to handle getting work done amidst the outbreak.
We continue to diligently wipe down all work spaces and equipment, and all staff are continuing to follow our regular process of washing hands frequently (following the recommendations as set forth by the Santa Clara County Health Department, the WHO (PAHO), and the CDC.). Our office has thus far, remained free of contamination, and no staff have shown any signs or otherwise exhibited any symptoms of illness.
Due to the recent updates issued by the Santa Clara County Health Department, we are fully prepared to have clients attend their appointments by either phone or video conferencing (GoToMeeting, Zoom or Skype).
Because of our years of experience serving clients all over the United States and overseas, we are well-versed in handling this kind of appointment. If you have an appointment coming up, please contact us if you are interested in converting an in-person appointment to a phone or video conference appointment. If you have been exposed to Covid-19, please notify us immediately and we will ask that you convert your appointment to a phone or video conference appointment.
We encourage all clients to protect themselves and be aware that if you are not necessarily more vulnerable (such as someone over the age of 60, or who have underlying respiratory or immune conditions), it is important to limit your exposure so as to protect those who are more vulnerable.
In the meantime, take care of yourselves, wash your hands and stay safe! Below you will find helpful resources to information about the outbreak.
