Jason Marino, EA
President / Tax Advisor
Mr. Marino is an Enrolled Agent, and earned two bachelor’s degrees from New Mexico Tech in Computer Science and Business Administration in 2000. He currently prepares personal, trust and entity returns and conducts complex tax law research for all audit representation cases for clients of RD’s Tax. He supervises all Tax Review staff, as well as coordinates bookkeeping work.
He became a partner of RD’s Tax in January, 2015.
Teresa Marino
Chief Operations Officer
Ms. Marino has been working with RD’s Tax since 1992. She currently functions as the COO and General Manager. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in History from San Jose State University, and became a partner of RD’s Tax in January of 2015.
She is a member of the National Notary Association.

Harjit Singh, EA
Senior Tax Associate / Bookkeeping
Mr. Singh has been working with RD’s Tax since 2014. He holds a degree in Accounting from San Jose State University and currently manages all Bookkeeping for RD’s Tax. He specializes in a wide range of business tax returns, and works alongside Mr. Marino on most audit cases.
Beginning in early 2021, Mr. Singh began actively meeting with clients for personal tax preparation. He brings a wealth of expertise to his new position, most notably his many years preparing entity tax returns, drawing on his bookkeeping expertise.
Sharada Kudlur, EA
Senior Tax Associate
Ms. Kudlur began working for RD’s Tax in 2017, and specializes in tax return preparation and review. She assists Mr. Marino in managing workflow for the tax review staff, and assists with most audit cases. She has a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Certificate in Accounting from UC Santa Cruz Extension. She attained her Enrolled Agent license in early 2020.
Robert Duitz, EA
Founder
Robert Duitz prepared his first tax return in 1973 and has been an Enrolled Agent since 1977. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from UCLA in 1971 and is a graduate of the National Tax Practice Institute. He founded RD’s Tax & Bookkeeping Service (now RD’s Tax Strategies, Inc.) in 1975.
Mr. Duitz retired at the beginning of 2022. He remains as a partner of RD’s Tax Strategies, but is not involved in the day-to-day running of the firm.
